You have landed here because you have recently purchased (or have been gifted) one of our Dugout Mugs® products!

You might ask: "How do I take care of this awesome baseball mug?"

Our Dugout Mug®, Wined Up®, Knob Shot, & Season Opener are crafted from birch (and sometimes maple) wood. We have a 100% lifetime guarantee on all of these products, so if anything happens, please - reach out we will do our best to make it right!

We have found the best way to clean all off of our products is to hand wash them with room-temperature soapy water and mild soap. Dry upside down with unrestricted airflow to the opening.

Also, a few pro tips regarding taking care of your wood Dugout Mugs products:

  • A bottle brush works great on our bat mug (Dugout Mug)!
  • Do not leave liquids in the Dugout Mug, Wined Up or Knob Shot for long standing periods of time, such as overnight.
  • Do not use any of the products in the dishwasher or microwave.

This one is easy! If you see any unwanted markings on your cutter, you can just rub them off.
